The new headquarters of the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) is located on the edge of a parcel along the Swiss road in the town of Mies. The circular building is articulated around two ovoid fair faced slabs showing a marked eccentricity towards each other.
The slabs are connected through a random array of columns on their perimeter. The center of the building offers large column-free spaces at its center with spans up to 9.20 m, gravitating around a central spiral staircase made of cast-in-situ concrete.
